若手料理人を対象に、新時代を切り拓く“食のクリエイター”を発掘するRED U-35 2025では、食を仕事とするあなたの挑戦を募集します。今大会の応募テーマを、開幕に先駆けて先行発表します。
応募テーマ
［ 日本から世界へ〜EARTH FOODS 25 ］
世界がつながり、未来へのアイデアを交換する2025年。
料理人にとっては、日本がもつ食の価値・本質を見つめ、新たにクリエーションすることで、アイデアやメッセージを世界に発信できるチャンスです。
「日本から世界へ」をテーマに、日本発の食のリスト「EARTH FOODS 25」を使い、あなたのビジョンを提案してください。
応募の課題
(1) 作文：料理人であるあなたにとって「日本から世界へ」とは何ですか？そして、その「日本から世界へ」を、EARTH FOODS 25を使い、どう料理に落とし込みましたか？この2点について1200文字以内で記してください
(2) 料理：「日本から世界へ」をテーマに、食のリスト「EARTH FOODS 25」に挙げられている食材を使った料理（メニュー、コンセプト、作り方、料理写真）

Japan to the World - EARTH FOODS 25
The year 2025 will be a time when the world will be connected and ideas for the future will be exchanged.
For chefs, this is an opportunity to explore the value and essence of Japanese food, create something new, and share their ideas and messages with the world.
Use the "EARTH FOODS 25" list of foods that originate in Japan to propose your vision.
Application Guidelines
(1) Essay: What does "From Japan to the World" mean to you as a chef? And how did you think about cooking "From Japan to the World" using EARTH FOODS 25? (1200 words or less)
(2) Culinary Presentation: Dishes using the food list "EARTH FOODS 25" with the theme "From Japan to the World" (menu, concept, recipe, and photos of the dish)
